Use of Service
- You are responsible for content you upload and share.
- You must have rights or permission for any content you post.
- Policy violations may result in moderation actions, content removal, or account limits.
- You may not upload, create, share, solicit, or promote content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or sexualization of minors.
Child Safety Standards
Rainbow Fields has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to all use of Rainbow Fields, including memorial pages, public posts, photos, videos, comments, account profiles, and any other user-submitted content.
Prohibited Conduct and Content
Users must not create, upload, share, request, encourage, promote, or facilitate CSAE or CSAM. This includes grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sex, sexual solicitation of a minor, sexualization of minors, or any behavior or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
Reporting and In-App Safety Tools
Users can report harmful posts or accounts through Rainbow Fields' in-app reporting tools. Users may also contact us directly at [email protected] with child safety, abuse, or moderation concerns.
Review, Removal, and Account Enforcement
When Rainbow Fields obtains actual knowledge of CSAM, CSAE, or related harmful conduct, we may remove content, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, and take other appropriate safety actions in line with these standards and applicable law.
Legal Compliance and Authority Reporting
Rainbow Fields complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Confirmed CSAM may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or the relevant regional authority where required or appropriate.
Child Safety Contact
Google Play or other authorities may contact Rainbow Fields about child safety matters at [email protected]. This contact is monitored for reports involving CSAE, CSAM, and related child safety concerns.
